El desarrollo del imperialismo conduce a la reacción. El nuevo caso alemán
THE GROWTH OF IMPERIALISM LEADS TO REACTION. THE GERMAN CASE
The German elections allow, for the first time after the Second World War, the entry of a fascist party in the Parliament. According to opinion polls, Alternative for Germany (AfD) has reached 12,6 % of votes (94 seats), demostrating how confortable is the bourgeois democracy with fascism, for whon the doors are opened wide.
These polls, apart from giving a bleak picture for working class – with the collapse of traditional forces, the advance of renewed reformism and the meteoric rise of this neo-fascist organisation – have demonstrated that the myth of zero tolerance of the German institutions to nazism is just what it is : a myth. The German state has allowed AfD to develop its xenophobic and fascist discourse as if nothing happened, promoting and launder it with its media apparatus all they could.
While the communists of the German Communist Party (KPD) are still outlawed, unable to do political work in legal fields for its defense of Socialism and a world without exploited or exploiters., the German state plants the fascism at all levels promoting Alternative for Germany and the German Constitutional Court refusing to outlaw the neo-Nazi National Democratic Party (NPD).
In order to consider a party as unconstitutional in Germany, and thus illegal, one has to prove that its political goals and members’ attitude seek to prejudice and end the democratic liberal order and/or threaten the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany. Specifically it is necessary to demonstrate that the group concerned assumes an agressive and belligerant attitude against the constitutional order, according to article 21 of its Constitution. From the rejection to NPD’s outlawing it follows that this neo-Nazi party threaten neither the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany nor its constitutional order. As those we who fight fascism very well know, capitalism make use of it when required for keeping its dictatorship against workers.
However, in 1956, following a five-year procedure, the Constittional Court outlawed the German Communist Party (KPD) due to its goal of a « Dictatorship of the proletariat » that do threatens the current German constitutional order, and that defends the exploitation and misery of the German people. This is the reason why its comrades do a revolutionary work underground, fighting emerging fascism with all their strength, demonstrating in practice that the only enemy of the criminal capitalism is the Communist Pary that stands up for people’s democracy and that if this is not imposed, if Socialism is not imposed, the bourgeois democracy debouch in the ocean of fascism.
The German SPD’s fall, in agreement with the collapse of social democracy all over Europe due to its permanent treason against the working class (in Germany treason is consolidated by the classic government’s block with Angela Merkel), reflects its current futility for the people and the damage it has caused to the interests of the proletariat. The social democracy, in which the labourer people place at first its hopes, unable to provide any substantial improvement in living conditions of the proletariat – as we can see in Gree -, tires it.
And while the bourgeoisie plants, finance and bring the fascism to the political scene with its mass media propaganda (press, radio, television, cinema, …), the social democracy insists on the bourgeois democracy as the only salvation, denying and denigrating Socialism in every available chance, opening wide the door of the Government to fascism.
Mass media behave disgracefully whiting the fascism and its political forces, giving a multitude of hours on the radio and TV and ink of their newspapers to bring its infamous policies and acts, with the sole purpose of ideologically distort the people. In the Spanish state we have recently observed how media, supposed to be progressive, like El Diario, define as «hoolingans» the fascists who attacked the meeting of Podemos in Zaragoza about Catalonia, avoiding the use of the word «fascist » or «Nazi » in the text. But the fascists are not hooligans of a soccer team, but killers in the pay of the system.
The political situation we are living now gives full force to the Lenninist theses. One has only to observe the reality to see how the deepening of the bourgeois democracy ends up irretrievably with fascism, as we are seing in virtually all countries of Europe. In some of them with new and renovated political parties, in others – as in the case of Spain – digging up plainly already their real fascist essence which they never left.
The last century the proletariat had the glorious experience of the October Revolution (this year marks its one hundred years), that ended to fascism in Europe and provided to the proletariat a better place to vie, the USSR. Today, the proletariat is ideologically and politically helpless and it should return to Marxism-Leninism if it wants to get rid of fascism, of the bourgeoisie who promotes it and of capitalism which generates it. And to build Socialism that brings with it workers’ democracy and peace in the world.
The Spanish Communist Workers Party denounce the current rise of fascism in all over Europe, from Sweden to Spain, through Austria, Germany, France or Italy, and make an appeal to the peoples to organise themselves politically against the threat of fascism accross Europe and for the construction of Socialism that will eradicate capitalism and its killer lackeys.
Down with fascism!
Long live the working class!
For the construction of Socialism !
